On a captain-only charter you will provision the boat to whatever level you desire Perhaps you are a sailor and want to sail her yourself.....no problem. Your captain is only too happy to hand her over to you. He's a patient teacher if you' feel like some input and increased sailing knowledge, and he is also an avid reader who can dissapear into his cabin for the afternoon if you'd like to be left to your own devices
